Pečené batáty

Tak tento recept je naozaj niečo pre lenivejšie gazdinky alebo recept pre zaneprázdnenejšie dni. Batáty obsahujú vitamíny ako A, B, C a E ako aj minerály draslík, horčík, železo, vápnik a fosfor.
Čo budeme potrebovať
- 2 ks batáty – sladké zemiaky
- 2 PL olivový olej
- Koriander, oregano, mleté čierne korenie, cesnak
Postup
- Rúru si zohrejeme na 200°.
- Zemiaky riadne umyjem a nakrájame na mesiačiky.
- V miske si zmiešame olivový olej s bylinkami, rozpučeným cesnakom a dochutíme soľou a korením podľa chuti.
- Zmes vylejeme na zemiaky, riadne premiešame a vysypeme na plech vyložený papierom. Pečieme cca. 20minút kým sú zemiaky mäkké.
