Vyskúšala som už naozaj veľa receptov na bábovky. Ale tento je pre mňa top a doteraz bábovka naozaj všetkým chutila. Najradšej ju robím v nedeľu doobeda, kedy si ju môžem vychutnať pri nedeľňajšej káve a potom si ju pekne zabalím na raňajky do práce.
Čo budeme potrebovať
- 4 vajcia
- 200g trstinový cukor / 4 PL medu / 4 PL javorový sirup
- ½ citrónová kôra (chemicky neočistený)
- 1dcl olej (ak Vám neprekáža olivový)
- 1dcl vody
- 1 balíček prášok do pečiva BIO z vínneho kameňa
- 200g špaldová múka hladká
- Kakao
- Mleté vlašské orechy alebo mandle
Postup
- Trúbu si vyhrejeme na 160°.
- Oddelíme bielka od žĺtkov a z bielok vyšľaháme tuhý sneh.
- Postupne pridáme cukor / med / javorový sirup, žĺtky, vodu a olej.
- Zľahka vmiešame múku, ktorú sme predtým zmiešali s práškom do pečiva a citrónovú kôru.
- Nakoniec ešte primiešame orechy / mandle.
- Formu vytrieme maslom a vlejeme polovicu cesta.
- Druhú polovicu ešte vymiešame s kakaom a takisto vlejeme do formy.
- Pečieme cca. 40min.
