Máte už napečené na tieto Vianoce ? Spravte radosť Vašim deťom a pripravte si spolu s nimi toto úžasné a pritom jednoduché vianočné pečivo! Pomôže Vám pritom set vykrajovačiek s pečiatkami, po ktorom už pečivo zdobiť nemusíte a vyzerá profi!
Čo budeme potrebovať
- 250g špaldová múka
- 140g maslo (82%) alebo ghee maslo
- 120g trstinový cukor
- 1 vanilkový struk alebo vanilkový cukor BIO (ak použijeme tento cukor, o toľko uberieme z trstinového cukru)
- 1 žĺtok
- 1/2 citrónová kôra alebo citrónový cukor (ak použijeme tento cukor, o toľko uberieme z trtinového cukru)
Postup
- Múku vsypeme do väčšej misky, pridáme zmäknuté maslo a potom všetky ostatné ingrediencie.
- Cesto si zabalíme do potravinárskej fólie a necháme oddýchnuť celú noc.
- Na druhý deň cesto rozvaľkáme a vykrajujeme, pečiatkujeme.
- Pečieme pri 170° asi 6 až 8 minút.
