Paradajková polievka z paradajok

Túto polievku som nazvala „Paradajková polievka z paradajok“, pretože veľmi veľa receptov nájdete z pretlaku. Som milovník paradajok a v lete počas ich sezóny sa ich neviem dojesť. Z tejto polievky som si narobila asi päť zaváraninových fliaš a zavarila som ich v umývačke riadu. Áno, v umývačke riadu. Keď mám na ňu chuť, tak si ju otvorím a jednoducho zohrejem. Posypem parmezánom, trošku opečiem špaldový chlebík na olivovom oleji, niekedy podľa chuti si pridám kyslú smotanu, čerstvú bazalku a obed alebo večeru mám hotovú. Po ruke som mala žlté a červené paradajky zo svojej záhradky – preto farba trošku do žlta.
Čo budeme potrebovať
- 1kg paradajok
- 4 strúčiky cesnaku
- 2 stredne veľké cibule
- 1 bobkový list
- Hrsť čerstvej bazalky
- Hrsť čerstvého oregana
- 1 KL čerstvý tymian
- 4 PL kvalitný olivový olej
- Soľ, korenie
Postup
- V prvom rade si oblanšírujeme paradajky.
- To znamená, že pri stopke nakrojíme krížik, dáme zovrieť vodu, oblejeme paradajky, necháme minútku postáť a potom ich šupneme do ľadovej vody.
- Paradajky ošúpeme a nakrájame na štvrtky.
- Očistíme cibuľu, cesnak, pokrájame na malé kúsky.
- V hrnci zohrejeme olivový olej a zľahka opečieme cibuľu, cesnak.
- Pridáme bylinky, paradajky a podusíme paradajky do mäkka.
- Vyberieme bobkový list a tyčovým mixérom hmotu rozmixujeme.
- Podľa toho ako paradajky pustia šťavu, dolejeme vodu a dochutíme.
- Ak chcete paradajky zavariť, nalejeme polievku do fliaš a nastavíme umývačku riadu na najvyšší stupeň.
- Umývačka musí byť prázdna, vložíme naozaj len fľaše.
