Krémová polievka z medvedieho cesnaku
Vyskúšali ste už polievku z medvedieho cesnaku ? Že nie ? Tak poďme do toho! 🙂
Čo budeme potrebovať
  1. 150g čerstvého medvedieho cesnaku
  2. 200ml sójová smotana
  3. 100ml bieleho vína
  4. 1,5l vody alebo zeleninového vývaru
  5. 100g maslo
  6. 1 PL hrašky
  7. soľ, čierne korenie
Postup
  1. Čerstvý medvedí cesnak podusíme na rozpustenom masle
  2. Pridáme vodu / vývar, víno a varíme 10 minút
  3. Polievku rozmixujeme ponorným mixérom
  4. Zamiešame smotanu a podľa chuti dochutíme
  5. Hrašku si rozmiešame v trošku vody a zahustíme polievku
Môj tip
  1. Sójovú smotanu nahradíme v klasickej kuchyni šľahačkou na varenie a "hrašku" 25g kukuričným škrobom.
  2. S týmto tyčovým mixérom spravíte lahodne jemnú polievku!
