										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Granola je bohatá na <strong>bielkoviny</strong> a <strong>vlákninu</strong>, ktoré prispievajú <strong>pocitu plnosti</strong>. Medzi prísady v granole s vysokým obsahom bielkovín patria orechy ako mandle, vlašské orechy a kešu orechy,&nbsp; konopné a sezamové semienka ako aj tekvicové jadierka. Potraviny s vysokým obsahom <strong>vlákniny</strong>, ako je ovos, orechy a semená, spomaľujú vyprázdňovanie žalúdka a zvyšujú čas trávenia, čo vám môže pomôcť dlhšie sa cítiť plný a mať lepšiu kontrolu nad jedením.</p>
<p>Živiny v granole sa líšia v závislosti od zloženia. Tým, že si ju pripravíte doma, môžete si byť istými, že zvolíte správne zdroje mikro-živín <strong>(antioxidanty,selén, železo, vitamín E</strong>) a vlákniny.</p>

<p>Tento recept si viete ľahko premeniť na ne-vegan verziu tým, že rastlinné mlieko zameníte za klasické mlieko a ľanové semienka nahradíte vajíčkom. Banánovy chlieb môžete upiecť bez pridania kakaa a čokolády. Kakao a čokoládu môžete nahradiť orieškami alebo sušeným ovocím alebo nechať bez. Závisí len od vašich preferencií.</p>
<p>Ak sa však budete riadiť receptom nižšie, nebudete musieť použiť ani lyžicu cukru navyše! 😉</p>

<h3>Ako postupovať</h3>
<ol>
<li>Ľanové semienka rozmixujeme s pitnou vodou a odložíme do chladničky.</li>
<li>Vločky rozmixujeme na múku.</li>
<li>Všetky suché ingrediencie zmiešame.&nbsp;</li>
<li>2ks banány vymixujeme s mliekom.</li>
<li>Banánový a semienkový mix premiešame so suchým mixom.</li>
<li>Tretí banán buď nakrájame na kolieska a poukladáme medzi dve vrtsvy cesta alebo ho dáme na spodok formy a prelejeme cestom.</li>
<li>Pečieme pri 180° ca. 40 až 50 minút.</li>

Ja som použila oboje 🙂</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item" yumprintitem="2" itemprop="ingredients">2ks Mozzarella</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item" yumprintitem="3" itemprop="ingredients">Balík Cherry paradajok alebo obyčajných paradajok</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item" yumprintitem="4" itemprop="ingredients">Olivový olej</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item" yumprintitem="5" itemprop="ingredients">Talianska zmes od Knorr alebo si zmiešajte si v olivovom oleji: drvený cesnak, oregano, bazalku, čierne korenie a soľ</li>			</ol>
		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="1">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Postup</div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Rúru si zohrajte na 200°.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="1">Bagety nakrájajte na kolieska šikmo.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="2">So šiestimi polievkovými lyžicami olivového oleja zmiešajte jednu polievkovú lyžicu korenia Talianska zmes od Knorr alebo si zmiešajte drvený cesnak, oregano, bazalku, čierne korenie a soľ.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="3">Potrite bagety zmesou.</li>			</ol>
		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="2">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Teraz máte dve možnosti ako naukladať paradajky s mozzarellou</div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">1. Buď si paradajky nakrájate na kocky spolu s mozzarellou, zmiešate a tak uložíte na bagety.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="1">2. Alebo si Cherry paradajky prekrojíte na polovičky, uložíte na bagetu a prekryjete plátkami Mozzarelly.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="2">Zapečieme v rúre asi 10 minút.</li>			</ol>
		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-note-section" yumprintsection="3">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Môj tip</div>			<ol class='blog-yumprint-notes'>				<li class="blog-yumprint-note-item" yumprintitem="0">Môžete použiť čerstvú bazalku a oregano. Takisto môžete samotné paradajky zmiešať s bylinkami. Záleží len na vás, či by ste mali rady ochutené aj paradajky, či len samotnú bagetu. 🙂</li>			</ol>

		</div>		<div class="blog-yumprint-method-section" yumprintsection="1">			<div class="blog-yumprint-subheader">Postup</div>			<ol class="blog-yumprint-methods" itemprop="recipeInstructions">				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="0">Múku preosejeme, zmiešame s kypriacim práškom.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="1">Do múkovej zmesi pridáme rozpustené maslo, vajíčka a vypracujeme cesto.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="2">Pokiaľ by bolo cesto tuhé, pridáme asi 1dcl mlieka.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="3">Cesto rozdelíme na dve časti. Z toho jednu časť vyvaľkáme pomocou papiera na pečenie a valčekom prenesieme cesto na plech.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="4">Jablká ošúpene, postrúhame na hrubo a rozložíme po prvej časti cesta.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="5">Dochutíme škoricou.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="6">Z druhej časti cesta si vyvaľkáme vrch alebo si vyrobíme rôzne tvary a ozdobíme jablká.</li>				<li class="blog-yumprint-method-item" yumprintitem="7">Pečieme približne 20 minút pri 200°.</li>			</ol>
